IF YOU RECEIVED NOTICE FROM LCS FINANCIAL SERVICES INDICATING THAT YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION MAY HAVE BEEN IMPACTED IN A DATA INCIDENT, A PROPOSED CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT MAY AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS.
A court has authorized this website.
A Settlement has been reached with LCS Financial Services (“LCS” or “Defendant”), in a class action lawsuit concerning the targeted cyberattack on the Defendant’s computer systems that occurred on or about February 24, 2023 (the “Data Incident”), in which files containing private information of Class members may have been accessed. Depending on the individual, the information may have included names, addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security Numbers, and/or financial account information.
The lawsuit is captioned McLaughlin v. LCS Financial Services Corporation, Case No. 2023CV32300, currently pending in the Arapahoe County, Colorado, District Court (the “Action”).
LCS denies each and all of the claims and contentions alleged against it in the Action.
You are included in the Settlement Class if you received a notice from LCS about the Data Incident.
Your rights are affected whether you act or don’t act. Please read the Notice carefully and completely.
